Upstrike is a brand of Equity Capital LLC, 41877 Enterprise Cir N, Temecula, CA 92590. This policy explains what we collect when you use upstrike.co, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to build your website and talk to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Details you give us in our forms: name, business name, email, phone, domain, and your answers to the project questionnaire.
• Payment details are typed into secure fields provided by our payment processor and go directly to them. Card numbers never reach or get stored on our servers; we only receive the card type and last four digits.
• Technical data our servers log automatically, such as IP address, browser and pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working, including to detect fraudulent payments.
• Analytics and advertising data. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and orders. When you place an order, a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email address and phone number may be shared with Google to attribute that order to an ad. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out and your Google ad settings.

How we use it

• To build, launch and host your website, and to contact you about it.
• To process payments and, if you choose hosting, your monthly subscription.
• To send receipts and project updates by email.
• To protect our customers and our business from fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to do the above: our payment processor, our email delivery provider, our hosting and content-delivery providers, and Google (Analytics and Ads, as described above). We don't sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're working together, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@upstrike.co or replying to any email from us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
